Our Tech Project Manager, Shahzeb Naeem had the pleasure of speaking on behalf of GRANITE MENA at the Tech & Innovation Panel during the IREIS - International Real Estate & Investment Show.
At the event, it was inspiring to see just how far technology and especially AI has seeped into every industry. The UAE continues to prove itself as the hub where innovation meets opportunity, and now is the prime time to scale bold ideas. Some highlights from Shahzeb's panel discussion include:- AI's game changing role in reshaping the entire real estate cycle, from planning and development to sales and customer experience.
- Targeting real pain points in marketing and ROI generation, ensuring businesses don’t just grow, but grow smart.
- Why the UAE is uniquely positioned as the launchpad for innovation, with its vision, infrastructure, and forward investment.
- How collaboration across AI, Business and Leadership can unlock sustainable solutions and set new benchmarks for the industry.
"As someone working at the intersection of AI, Business and Leadership, I truly believe this is just the beginning. Roundtables like these don't just spark ideas, they ignite real change when like minded people come together."
