Strategic Objectives_ The aim was to develop a digital platform that bridges the gap in venous leg ulcer care by transforming "blind" compression therapy into a data-driven, connected experience. The solution needed to simplify complex clinical data, positioning FeelTect as a pioneer in medical technology and a leader in evidence based wound management. By reverse engineering real-world caregiver workflows and integrating intuitive "optimal range" indicators, the platform empowers patients of all digital literacy levels to deliver clinically effective treatment with confidence.
The Result_
The Tight Alright clinical evaluation demonstrated outstanding outcomes in compression therapy. Patients with chronic wounds (average duration 15 months) achieved an average healing time of just two months, with 78% healing within 12 weeks far faster than the 17-week standard of care.
The technology enabled precise, targeted compression and a sixfold improvement in nurses’ ability to meet international pressure standards. Patients aged 63–79 successfully used the device and app, averaging 1.7 data transmissions per day and achieving a 27.1% quality of life improvement. Tight Alright could reduce treatment costs by 48% per patient.
